BANQUET PACKAGE $3,000
Includes Venue for 12 hours (earliest entry 8:00 am, latest exit 11:oo pm), Tables & Chairs for up to 200 people, Integrated Bluetooth Sound System. Client is responsible for all set-up, clean-up and disposal of trash. There is a dumpster on site. We will accept a $500 Save-the-Date deposit to lock in your date with an additional $1000 due within 30 days. All money paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to event. There is a $500 Damage/Cleaning Deposit IN ADDITION TO RENTAL PRICE and it is due 30 days prior to event.

ALL-INCLUSIVE WEDDING VENUE PACKAGE $6,000 + $10/Person
If you choose our all-inclusive package your venue is ready to go. No extra or hidden charges. It's our goal to make your day as stress free and perfect as possible. With our all-inclusive package we provide tablecloths with runners or toppers in the color of your choice. We have basic décor that is beautiful alone or you are welcome to add your own special touches. Our integrated sound system allows you to stream your own music if you choose and our 75" TVs are perfect to show off your favorite pictures (online or HDMI format). We have a full kitchen available for you or your caterer, bring your pit and BBQ or bring your pot and boil crawfish. Our huge, covered porch and outdoor fireplace are the perfect spot for hanging out after the ceremony.

Smoking is allowed outside but NO SMOKING inside the lodge.
We are Handicap Accessible
Smoking is allowed in outside areas only. Absolutely NO SMOKING
inside the lodge. Please encourage your smoking guests to be courteous
and deposit their cigarette butts in the provided receptacles. Don't be a butthead.
Simple rules:
No under aged drinking.
No Drinking and Driving.
Designated Drivers.
Uber or Limo for your guests who need them.
Friends don't let friends drive drunk.
Please take care of your people.
The rules are that there are no rules.
With our full kitchen you are welcome to prepare your own food if you choose. Use your choice of
caterer, food truck, delivery service, etc.
Bring your pit and have a barbeque. Bring your pot and have a crawfish boil.
This is your day. Have it your way.
Just don’t burn the joint down.
No guns allowed inside the lodge during weddings. If this is a shotgun wedding, settle it at the road.
Acadian reserves the right to photograph and video all events to use in
