Beautiful In Time Photography

Pricing

BANQUET PACKAGE $3,000

Includes Venue for 12 hours (earliest entry 8:00 am, latest exit 11:oo pm), Tables & Chairs for up to 200 people, Integrated Bluetooth Sound System. Client is responsible for all set-up, clean-up and disposal of trash. There is a dumpster on site. We will accept a $500 Save-the-Date deposit to lock in your date with an additional $1000 due within 30 days. All money paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to event. There is a $500 Damage/Cleaning Deposit IN ADDITION TO RENTAL PRICE and it is due 30 days prior to event.

NOTE: Price DOES NOT include Dressing Rooms, Security (required if alcohol is brought in), rehearsal, etc.


DIY WEDDING PACKAGE $4,000

Includes Venue from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm, Tables & Chairs for up to 200 people, Integrated Bluetooth Sound System, 3 Dressing Rooms, Security (for up to 6 hours, client is responsible for cost of security in excess of 6 hours) & 1 hour the night before for rehearsal between 5:00 pm & 8:00 pm. Rehearsal Dinner not included. Client is responsible for all set-up, clean-up and disposal of trash. There is a dumpster on site. We will accept a $500 Save-the-Date deposit to lock in your date with an additional $1000 due within 30 days. All money paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to event. Includes Venue from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm, Tables & Chairs for up to 200 people, Integrated Bluetooth Sound System, 3 Dressing Rooms, Security (for up to 6 hours, client is responsible for cost of security in excess of 6 hours), access to venue the day before ceremony from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm for vendor/client set-up and clean-up (except for kitchen). We will accept a $500 Save-the-Date deposit to lock in your date with an additional $1000 due within 30 days.  All money paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to event. There is a $500 Damage/Cleaning Deposit IN ADDITION TO RENTAL PRICE and it is due 30 days prior to event. 


ALL-INCLUSIVE WEDDING VENUE PACKAGE $5,500 + $10/Person

If you choose our all-inclusive package your venue is ready to go. No extra or hidden charges. It's our goal to make your day as stress free and perfect as possible. With our all-inclusive package we provide tablecloths with runners or toppers in the color of your choice. We have basic décor that is beautiful alone or you are welcome to add your own special touches. Our integrated sound system allows you to stream your own music if you choose and our 75" TVs are perfect to show off your favorite pictures (online or HDMI format). We have a full kitchen available for you or your caterer, bring your pit and BBQ or bring your pot and boil crawfish. Our huge, covered porch and outdoor fireplace are the perfect spot for hanging out after the ceremony.

The lodge will be available for your use the day of your event beginning at 8:00 am. All guests must be gone by 11:00 pm. · Crinkle Taffeta Tablecloths & Basic Runners

· All of our Décor & Serving Pieces

· Integrated Bluetooth Sound System

· 3 Dressing Rooms

· Security (for up to 6 hours, client is responsible for cost of security in excess of 6 hours)

· 1 hour the night before for rehearsal between 5:00 pm & 8:00 pm. Rehearsal Dinner not included.

· Access to property for Engagement and Bridal photos. (Call for appointment.)

· We have a full kitchen available for use by you or your caterer.

· Includes set-up and clean-up except for kitchen.

Price DOES NOT include fresh floral, bouquets or boutonnieres, corsages, specialty décor, catering, DJ or music, servers, alcohol, bartender, etc.


MICRO WEDDING  PACKAGE

$2,750 You Provide Officiant

Micro Wedding is for 4 hours, 10 am – 2 pm or 4 pm – 8 pm.

Price includes tables and chairs for up to 30 people, basic linens and décor, Bluetooth sound system, 2 tiered cake & punch, bouquet & boutonniere for bride and groom, set-up and clean-up.

SECURITY IS EXTRA AND IS REQUIRED IF ALCOHOL IS BROUGHT IN.

Smoking is allowed outside but NO SMOKING inside the lodge.

Smoking is allowed in outside areas only. Absolutely NO SMOKING

inside the lodge. Please encourage your smoking guests to be courteous

and deposit their cigarette butts in the provided receptacles. Don't be a butthead.

Simple rules:

No under aged drinking.

No Drinking and Driving.

Designated Drivers.

Uber or Limo for your guests who need them. 

Friends don't let friends drive drunk.

Please take care of your people.

The rules are that there are no rules. 

With our full kitchen you are welcome to prepare your own food if you choose. Use your choice of

caterer, food truck, delivery service, etc. 

Bring your pit and have a barbeque. Bring your pot and have a crawfish boil. 

This is your day. Have it your way. 

Just don’t burn the joint down.
